Mardi Gras - Party for the Animals

Party for the Animals: MVHS' version of Mardi Gras is TONIGHT!!
The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and will conclude around 9:30 p.m. Event will be held at the Embassy Suites in Bloomington - the one on WEST Bloomington, between Penn and France - right behind the old Steak and Ale.

A fabulous dinner of Southern favorites prepared by a New Orleans native; silent auction, Wall of Wine Raffle and wonderful words from Jennifer Pavlovic, local author of "8 State Hurricane Kate." 

All proceeds benefit the animals awaiting adoption at the MVHS.

Keynote speaker, Jennifer Pavlovic, local author of 8 State Hurricane Kate, will donate $5 to MVHS for every book sold via www.8StateKate.net when you enter "MVHS" on the second line of the address on the online order form.

Jenny will also have her books available at the Mardi Gras event.  She will donate $5 to MVHS for every book sold at the event.

For all of the beer lovers!  Every Wednesday from 7-9:30pm, Vine Park offers group brewing sessions for 12 people at a discounted rate. As a group, you will brew 6 different recipes, and then return two weeks later to bottle your group's beer. This package includes tickets for you and a guest (for 3 mixed cases of beer)  Winner will provide the $28.80 deposit (for 36 bottles). Reservations are required.
